Revolutionary Systems takes full responsibility for completing and delivering your project. Project work is structured in two ways:
- Fulfilling your pre-defined statement of work, including design, development, testing, deployment and training.
- Working with your resources to define the scope of activities that will meet your objectives and bring the project to final deliverables, then completing all needed design, development, testing, deployment, and training.
We begin all engagements by presenting a customized proposal that addresses one or more of the following areas needed for a successful and timely project:
- Project Planning - A needs-based assessment to identify and evaluate business and technical goals and objectives, business impact and business case justification.
- Requirements Definition - A detailed description of the technical solution, functional specifications and any need for business process changes, resulting in requirements documentation for business users, technical specification for internal IT management, and a timeline for the project management team.
- Development - Development of systems and applications programming, including graphic development, programming and interface specification.
- Systems Integration - Integration of the application to the testing environment, in order to develop the deployment plan and test interfaces and to provide an environment for testing.
- Quality and User Testing - Design of test plans and scripts including unit, user acceptance and systems testing, to ensure that the system built receives sign-off from all parties and meets the stated objectives.
- Technical and User Documentation and Training - Development of documentation and training curriculum for technical staff and end-users, and for operational maintenance of the application.
- Deployment - Systems distribution and rollout, adhering to change management processes and version control documentation.
- Ongoing Production Support - Post go-live, Revolutionary Systems will work with operations to maintain the application, in order to maximize system reliability and ensure that functionality continues to meet changing needs.
- Post Implementation Audits - To provide continuous improvement, Revolutionary Systems will work with your team to audit the application to provide an in-depth quantitative and qualitative project review, business impact analysis and production quality review.
