The Challenge
When it was time for Global Team Travel to reinvigorate their brand, RevSystems was called into help. Our challenge was to develop an identity and web site that communicated the passion of sports fans, explain the level of competition teams would experience, and clearly communicate the custom tours offerings of the company.
Our Approach
RevSystems worked with Global Team Travel's management to fully understand the drivers for their business. What aspects where working and which were not. Where core profits come from now, and where the areas of growth were expected. We started with personas of the people that make decisions on group sports travel, drew from statistics to back up our assertions, and then wireframed a layout that would fit with the content strategy.
Once we moved through the discovery and information architecture, we designed and developed the full site, making sure that the CMS (content management system) would allow management to maintain content without our direct involvement. Once live, we started work on an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaign to help get the word out about these exciting travel tours.
